I don’t typically do a lot of movie reviews, but recently I have taken to talking about movies through the lens of Biblical Apologetics. I wrote several posts about Turning Red and explained why it is an unlikable, immoral dumpster fire which you should avoid watching, in the way you should avoid looking directly at a solar eclipse. So I thought it only fair that I should tell you about a good movie: THE BAD GUYS!
I often marvel at the strange and frequently hostile replies I get on social media from people defending their sacred Darwinism from my various criticisms.
Well, I recently got a sneak peek into their world when I came upon a unique video made by a flat earth proponent. In my experience, most flat earth videos are pretty much the same. First, they have the remarkable ability to pack a full four minutes of content into a mere 2 and a half hours of video. That four minutes will consist of a lot of vague references to modern science, much of which will be wrong, including some flagrant misunderstandings of the ball earth model, like when they ask why all of the water on earth doesn’t drip off of the bottom of the earth, by which they mean the south pole. Apparently many of them think we believe that the earth is like a basketball in your living room, such that, if it were covered in water, all of the water would fall off and form a puddle on the vast cosmic carpeting underneath the south pole.
How they would come to this understanding of the model if they had spent a single day awake in science class any time at all during their formative years, I cannot say. This is a gross misunderstanding so obvious that I suspect even Bill Nye would catch it. But I digress.

Continue readingI’ve just rewatched Disney/Pixar’s brave from 2012. It’s a great movie for a lot of reasons, and it brought into focus some of the problems with this year’s Pixar release, Turning Red.
Great scott I hate that stupid movie so much, and the more I think about it the worse it gets.
I don’t want to get all political, but if the Democrats are going to buy into Evolution and believe that humans are just another animal, the least they can do is treat the humans as well as they treat the other animals. I think that’s only fair.

Continue readingAmerica’s sweethearts- Johnny Depp and Amber Heard- are in a popular court case which can be watched on the internet, as all domestic abuse cases should be. Actually, if I am to be accurate, it is Depp’s libel trial against his former wife for defaming him in an op-ed. He used to be Jack Sparrow, but now he’s known as the man who either abused or was abused by Amber Heard. That’s what the trial seems to be about.
As part of this intimate look into two deranged Hollywood drug addicts, a Forensic psychologist delivered her assessment of Amber Heard and describes her as follows:
“…externalization of blame, tending to have a lot of inner hostility” and “a tendency to be very self righteous but also to deny that self righteousness and judge others critically.” She added that Heard was “very full of rage” and had an intense fear of abandonment.
Borderline personality disorder, which Curry diagnosed Heard with, involves “explosive anger when somebody needs space.”

Continue readingDisney/Pixar recently released Turning Red, which one may think is a confession about them all embracing communism, but in fact is a confession about them grooming children for the sex trades. I wrote a different article about that, but in this post I want to gripe about the fact that, having been written by immature children, Mei is an immature child who needs to grow up and never does- like a Peter Pan that makes you REALLY hope Hook gets in a lucky swing of the saber. In short- skip Turning Red. It is trash.
