The Bible says children are a blessing from the Lord.
Psalm 127 says:
3 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord,
the fruit of the womb a reward.
4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior
are the children of one’s youth.
5 Blessed is the man
who fills his quiver with them!
And it’s true, children are a blessing.
But there is such thing as too much of a good thing.
Pizza is a good thing.
Blessed is the man whose plate is piled high with three cheese and pepperoni!
But as someone who has eaten himself sick more than once, I can tell you that, even when something is a wonderful blessing, there is still an argument for knowing when enough is enough. And frankly, I’ve yet to hear the persuasive argument for “too much is never enough” especially when “too much” includes diapers and sleep deprivation.
I have one child, and even as the husband/father who arguably has the easiest part of the birthday and everything after, it nearly killed me. Maybe I’m soft. Maybe my child is a little more BATMAN than other kids. I don’t know. All I know is, I have a friend with 7 kids.
So I figure, between the two of us, we have EIGHT kids.
That’s four a piece. My quiver is, statistically speaking, full enough.
But that’s just my opinion.

Atheists all of the time be telling me that THEY don’t have to think, reason, or answer questions. They insist that THEY do not have the burden of proof.
However, my atheist friends, You DO have the burden of proof.
Imagine you wrote a book. It’s a novel about a Bluebird who is actually a secret agent with MI6: “The Nest is Not Enough” (Followup to your runaway best seller “Gold Feather”). 
It’s a real page turner and is doing VERY well with the youth market.
But at the start of the Christmas holiday retail season (September 4th) the printer makes an error where they produce a version of your book with chapter 7 twice. That’s the chapter where its discovered that Lady Duck is actually the Chinese Ambassador in disguise and she’s been working with Colonel GreenFeather the whole time.

In the comments section of the A Bit Of Orange YouTube channel, we get a lot of “words of encouragement” from people whose main message to us is, “Here’s something I think you don’t know!” and “You’re an idiot!” And sometimes “This guy is an idiot!” Then they try to educate me and demonstrate their solid grasp of unsubstantiated blanket assertions.
One such loyal viewer and subscriber said the following: “Studies in paleontology, geology, radiation, cosmology and genetics have all yielded results which overwhelmingly support a model of earth’s history in which life first appeared on this planet as single celled organisms over 3.5 billion years ago and gradually became more and more diverse from that time until this.”
You’d be interested to see what studies he is referring to in all of those fields and the ways in which they do support the evolutionary timeline. I would also be interested in all of those studies, as he never offered even a single one of them. Apparently I am just to take his word that they exist and assume he has read them all. Various racist groups commit the fallacy of composition when they decide that because some black people are lazy and stupid that all of them must be lazy and stupid. The fact is, there are many who are not.
Similarly, these racists assume that, because they can find a person who is both black AND lazy and stupid that there is some causative connection between blackness and laziness and stupidity. When all the facts are in, it becomes clear that it is asinine to believe that the density of melanin in the skin could have an effect on the character of the person. Continue reading

black people are poor and disadvantaged and white people are rich and privileged
